How to have an Amazing Mommy Tummy! (Giveaway Alert)

I’m in my 30’s and I admit that I don’t have a super model or even just an ordinary model’s figure. I have a few stretch marks on my tummy and I have this dark scar of my C-section that will always remind me that I bore a child. I have a body mass index or BMI that is normal, but of course, it could be better if I didn’t have any cravings for Lechon Kawali or Crispy Pata. I dream of having the waist line of Marian and the fabulous abs of Gisele Bundchen (http://www.shape.com/celebrities/celebrity-photos/25-female-celebrities-awesomely-toned-abs/) but I don’t know if it is still achievable. I think it still is, but women our age need to be more disciplined and more patient. Plus, we will need all the help we can get to have an amazing Mommy Tummy!

Beach Time

My Mommy Tummy now — Let’s see if I can do better in two months!

I got to talk to a few women on how they plan to achieve amazing mommy tummies and here are some of their tips:

1) Drink lots and lots of water!
One tactic of a friend is to drink a lot of water. Drinking a lot of water can help make you feel full. If you feel full, you avoid eating junk food. There are times at night, I don’t know if this is true with you, too, when you lay down on your bed and you feel like you finally have time for yourself. You look around and for some reason, you want to open a bag of chips! This has happened to me several times. Why not try to get a bottle of water and drink up!

2) Be conscious of having good posture.
When I underwent yoga teacher training, one of the things that I love doing is to instruct my students to feel the sides of their waist being pulled inside and upward. If you try to feel this, you will see that you are actually sitting up and standing up straighter. Also, people who have good postures tend to look thinner in pictures!

3) Avoid unwanted Stretch marks by realizing that prevention is better than cure!
I have this loose flab of fat around my tummy area and I know that when I drop three- five sizes smaller (yes, I am being optimistic about it already!), I know that I will have Stretch Marks if I don’t take care as early as now. As early as now, I am using Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Massage Lotion for Stretch marks. Palmers also has Cocoa Butter Massage Cream for Stretch marks, Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter, Cocoa Butter Formula Soothing Oil for Dry Itchy Skin, Cocoa Butter Formula Firming Butter, Cocoa Butter Formula Post Natal Firming Lotion and Rose Hip Skin Therapy Oil (60mL). I love Palmer’s products because these are super effective and they have a lovely, yummy scent! To have an amazing tummy, I always try to eat healthy. This way, whatever marks and scars I have on the outside may be healed from the inside. It’s not only good for my tummy but for my entire well-being. Plus, my babies are also introduced to healthy eating! Now, if that isn’t a great way to achieve that #AmazingMommyTummy!

I’m proud to have a stretchmarks on my tummy and has a double C-section scars. Yes,it was double. ‘Coz i’ve been thru C-Section to my both kids. Same kind of delivery but different experiences. And i’m proud having it. It only shows how much i loved my two sons.
To have #AmazingMommyTummy, i put butter cream or lotion on my tummy during and even after my pregnacy. After i take a bath and at night, before going to bed. It helps my stretchmark lightens and even the dark scars of my c-sections. Another tip:
Before i take shower, i make a mixture of baking soda and a calamansi juice, then i put it on my tummy, then i leave it for a 30 minutes and i rinsed it with water.

I joined because I want to win those for my sister who is suffering from stretchmarks after giving birth on her 1st child. She is sexy but she have these rocky road on her tummy. If she wear fit clothes, an excess fats due to stretch marks are formed. She is really slim and she wants to be fit like before she gave birth. I think this product can help her achieve her dream body.

When I gave birth to my daughter, it is really hard for me to get back to shape. My tummy is getting bigger and bigger and the fact that it has stretched marks really lessen my confidence. I really wanted to be in shape now, I am starting to eat healthy now, less fat, less oil, no more chocolates, and no more junk food. I am looking for an exercise that will trim down my tummy and loose weight. I know it is not easy as what I think, I know I need tons of patience and sacrifice to do it but good thing my hubby is there to support me and my daughter as my inspiration to do this.

I gave birth twice via c-section,The first one was year 2012 and my second baby was last year,Currently breastfeeding him,Everytime we were in public place like Breastfeeding Station in malls,I always shy about my tummy and i always compared it to the other mommies also breastfeeding their babies.Scar+stretched marks in my tummy was the worst of all.I don’t know how to lessen the darkness of it.

Ako po ay ina ng dalawang bulilit. At magiging tatlo na sila this coming July 29. Sa unang baby ko, nanganak ako via Normal delivery. Wala pa po ako masyadong stretchmarks non and I am boasting a great figure parin after I gave birth. Nung sa pangalawa ko na wala na. Kasi naging emergency CS ako that time because of abnormal heartbeat of my 2nd child due to double tight cord coil. So since then na earn ko ang BATTLE SCARS ko. I have now CS operation scars and MORE AND MORE Stretchmarks. I never use anti stretchmarks cream eversince. I want to but I dont know what brand seems to be effective for my BATTLESCARS. Dahil sa malala na battlescars ko I think it would take much time and more patience. Like what I have said, I already accept my NEW BODY because maganda naman ang naging kapalit nito… BUt still I want to try that Palmers products.. that is why I came across your blog. Hoping and praying to win po 🙂

I regret that I never got to wear bikinis or crop tops when I was still single that’s why sometimes I still wish that I will lose all the stretch marks on my tummy. Of course, I would still want to flaunt my tummy with or without stretch marks simply because it is a reminder to myself of how becoming a mother of two amazing kids. Having one is not something we should be ashamed of but to be proud of. But, I hope I can still try Palmers products and give my tummy a treat it deserves! 🙂

Bata pa kasi ako nung una akong nagbuntis. 17 yeras old lang ako.

I’m a mom of 4 kids with the youngest turning 2 next month. In my entire life, I think I’ve only seen one other mom with stretch marks as bad as mine. I’ve come to accept these marks as my “battle scars” and I know that every mother can relate to those terms. But I won’t deny that I still secretly hope that there is something miraculous out there that will help me somehow get amazing mommy tummy again! Palmer’s will you be that hope for me??
