When I was a little girl, my mom gave me a lot of vitamins, even if I was an energetic kid. She believed and still believes in the importance of supplementing food with vitamins and minerals needed by the body. When I grew up, I got tired of taking vitamins. It was probably since I really don’t feel any difference. Now that I have my own daughter, I am more conscious of studying these things and researching on the vitamins to give my child. And now that I am more aware of the choices and options as a woman, I think I need all the vitamins that I can get to keep fit and to stay focused.
There are a lot of times when I feel so tired. My day usually begins early, since I have to breastfeed my baby. After that, I try to squeeze in an hour of running on the treadmill. The entire day though is spent in front of the computer, going to various meetings and breastfeeding or playing with my daughter. I used to get so tired, but now, I’m grateful that I discovered Sangobion.
As a Sangobion woman, I realized that I should learn to love myself more and give myself more “ME” time. We, moms, should have time set aside just for ourselves. Since the time I got pregnant, I noticed that I hardly had done anything that I wanted to do for myself — like going to the spa for a massage or having my nails done.
Also, being a mom and an entrepreneur at the same time, is not easy. I know those who are mompeneurs know exactly what I’m going through. I need to fulfill a lot of obligations and I need to take on a lot of roles and responsibilities. With all of these things in my mind, I forget to rest and relax. I am guilty of that (and my husband always reminds me of this). I actually am thankful that Sangobion gives me that extra energy to fight fatigue. Sangobion gives me that extra energy that I need to do the things that I want to do for myself.
So for the next few days, I will intentionally give more time for myself. In the next few days, I plan to rest in the evening and spend quality time with my family. I also plan to take lunch without looking at the computer. I plan to relax and breathe in the morning and not hurriedly go to the computer to check emails. I also plan to be more “present” — to enjoy every minute of my life and savor it and not to have thoughts wander to things that I have to do or accomplish. I want to just enjoy these next few days!
