I remember way back in July 2017, I first learned about the Konmari method from my friend, Bebs. I started following the method and decluttered my home little by little. We started with my clothes, and guess what, we got around 2-3 huge boxes of clothes that “didn’t spark” joy. I was left with a few clothes that really made me happy.
Fast forward to today, I read how much textile waste is produced by people. In a 2017 survey by YouGov, one in five people (Babyboomers and Millennials in the Philippines) have thrown away clothes simply because they’re more than a few seasons old. Can you imagine how much textile waste we have because of this?
So from that time onwards, you’ll notice that I’ve been wearing a lot of things over and over again (most of them being either white or black). The thing though about wearing clothes over and over again is that it looks and gets old quickly. My white shirts get dirtier and yellowish especially on the collar and the armpit area. Over time, the color is not that bright anymore.
I always thought that it was because of all the washing that causes the wear and tear of my favorite pieces. It was just recently that I realized it was mostly because of the dirt and stains that are stuck in between the layers of our clothes.

I realized it when I discovered Ariel Instashine and used it for our laundry. The new Ariel Instashine really surprised me and took laundry detergents from just fighting stains to preserving your favorite clothes. I can now make my old clothes look new again!
Check out the difference? Doesn’t EJ’s polo shirt and my shorts look new again?

With the few minutes that my clothes were soaked in water, tanggal agad ang dumi! Kita mo sa tubig! (dirt was removed; you can see the dirt in the water). And now, looking at both these sample pieces, you really can see the difference. People will actually think that these are new!

So what makes this Ariel variant different from all other detergents out there? The New Ariel Instashine is a powder detergent that has huge beads called Power Booster. These power booster beads contain P&G-proprietary enzymes that remove the sticky layers on fabric surfaces and in between the layers.
Normally, other detergents just clean the surface. They can’t penetrate the layers. The new Ariel Instashine can!

This new product comes in 2 different scents: Fresh Clean and Indoor Dry. I tried the Fresh Clean and I loved the scent (smells good and not too strong). The prices of each pack are indicated in this chart.

You can use the Ariel Instashine for both hand or machine wash. I highly recommend that you try it out! You’re clothes will all look good and new. You may not need to buy new ones for the years to come!
